RediHealth is a contact-tracing and vaccination-tracking product built for a US client during the COVID-19 pandemic, at a moment when this kind of tracking was moving toward becoming federal law.
At the peak of COVID, vaccination and contact-tracing requirements were moving toward becoming law in the US — and there was no ready system in place to meet them. The client needed a working, compliance-grade product fast, not a prototype.
The team ran full discovery first — finding real user journeys and charting them out with the client's stakeholders — before building the UX path and the app itself. Esipick.org built RediHealth's frontend in Angular with a Node.js backend, with Chris Keller flying to Lahore to work directly with the team through the build.
